Every project consists of a million little pieces, and as the head of our account services team, Brian is the one who keeps them all (and himself) together. He keeps things centered. A fierce advocate for the customer, Brian is an authority on the emotions and thought processes that drive people to buy. He's a simplification machine: complex problems go in; straightforward solutions come out (usually in easy-to-understand chart or graph form!).
And although he hates the word "strategy", that's what he does best.
